My high ping may be coused by this?

There are a several potential reasons why your internet is slower.

1)Maybe there's someone downloading?
2)Maybe there's a delay on your connection? (in that case, contact your provider)
3)Maybe your over your download limit, if you have one.
4)Maybe you have a virus?
5)Maybe your computer has to much unnecesare documents/items.

If it's your internet in its total that's being slow, contact your provider.
If it's CrossFire only, it might be something downloading or you might have a virus (in the worst case).
If your pc has to much cookies/unnecesare items, ... Try CCleaner!

Download and upload: 10MB and 750kb

- I can download things at 1.5mb/s, soo I think thats not the problem.
- CF only, nothing downloading, don't have virus.

Can someone help me? My normal ping is 150, since ZM patch, is 200+

I don't really know what you can do about this except for reïnstalling the game.

gamebooster doesnt do anything to ur internet kid and it barely does anything to ur fps
