[FEED BACK] Casting matches, with prizes?

I was thinking about getting into casting again, now that I have a new microphone (studio microphone) and it doesn't sound like I am not yelling and such, make it more exciting.

Anyway, I wanted some feedback from the community and see what would be up to the follow -

• - Prizes - •
I was thinking every 2 weeks, or maybe once a month I will do a specially selected match of two known, and suitable teams playing for a prize. I was mainly thinking about a 50K ZP prize for the winning team, making it 10k ZP prizes per player.

As well, as I can't give away 50K ZP a day, or a week - maybe if I do other casts during the week or a day to day basis, a 10K ZP Prize the team captain, or the M.V.P of the winning team, or best performance, if you know what I mean.

• - "Leagues", or a "Tournament" - •
Not a professional or static league/tournament, just something general with a growler system or something along the lines as I myself am to stupid of knowledge to code an anti-cheat system to make sure things are fair and clean.

Prizes would consist of a 1st Place, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place. The tournaments wouldn't exactly just.. "SHOW UP" immediately if this was started, perhaps a month or two to see how the prized castings go and such.

At the moment, if a tournament/league was to happen, these would be the prizes; at the moment -

;; 1st Place - 100K ZP (TEAM) - 20K ZP Per Player ;;
Not the biggest prize at the moment, just setting a base structure at the moment. Depending on how things go, the prizes will be increased.

;; 2nd Place - 50K ZP (TEAM) - 10K ZP Per Player ;;
Not the biggest prize at the moment, just setting a base structure at the moment. Depending on how things go, the prizes will be increased.

;; 3rd Place - 20K ZP (TEAM/CLAN BANK) ;;
This is still being thought of, perhaps if I can get selected Game Cards that offer extra items, and/or GP after/when redeeming them will be added.

The 'plan' isn't a concern at the moment, just looking for some feedback. I might affiliate it with another gaming community that supports/indicates itself in CrossFire mainly - or possibly just run it as a separated project.

Constructive criticism would be appreciated, no trolling or commotions being started in the thread if you don't mind; or I'll have a MOD close it and just go with the feedback I already have, or get over PM/xFire.
