connecting to server please wait

Hello guys... I played cross all the time,but from 2 days now...when ever I try to connect to a channel or room the message Connecting to server please wait... blocks like that ...freez and i cant do annything else in the game ...what should i do?
my internet connections are good sow as my computer

Reinstall

Maybe try to re-install the game. This could help. If not, check if your Firewall or your antivirus blocks some features of the game.
