Finally an answer
Hello everyone, I'm just making this thread that others won't need to.
As a lot of you guys were thinking, you were right.
Tokens, unfortunetly, cannot be given back due to D/Cs, and others errors.

The Support Answer :

This is sad. But I can understand, they can't give tokens back to 100k players, especially when they're liying.

lmao i died laughing.Go out from uk1 to uk4 it will allways say connection expired pls try again and DC.Or try join to your buddys you will get same message 100%

cmn Gm's and admins lets face it you didnt checkd 100% of of they work or not but i know that gm's job is hard one but dont tell something that you dont know (if you gm's read this try it you will see that i dont lie) -
I think it depends of the ping or something else, does it DC or not..servers are working well?

I don't have problems changing Servers, but I got some problems connecting in game.

They said IS, not ARE.
So there is only 1 server that is working well.

It's not like they've done a decent giveaway besides the one M14EBR crate thing. But that just meant more noob cannons going around. -
I'm looking in to the sub-par message from support.
However no, there is way to return items used in Zombie Mode games if you left a game early.
Note that this is worded such because a disconnect in this sense is equal to leaving the game early.
If you continually left the game and got your items back it would encourage people to desert the game (especially if things weren't looking good). And in general cause more headache and abuse cases than necessary.
That being said, we understand that it is frustrating to be disconnected from a Zombie Mode game, especially if you are near the end and have used things like meds and tokens. We would welcome more information about the disconnect so that we can work with the developers to stabilize the mode rather than getting threads with "omg i lost my revive tokens". -
