Wrong ID ?!

you told me if i want to change my Security i have to go to account -> account administration and i did that and wrote every thing correct but i have a problem !! every time i write my ID it tells me its wrong and i need to know why it tells me wrong ID ( I checked it like 20 times and i know its correct and if it wasnt correct i wouldnt type here ) so please i need someone to help me

its one letter that is capital and number so will that make it invalid ( but its my ID what should i do ?! )

cause i need another one that be more complicated in case of something happened to my acc ../ but i need first to find a solution to my problem

nothing will happen to it if you dont download illegal programs or give your infomation out! even if they offer 100k ignore them

when i go to support they said no replay and closed the ticket and i want a mod to help please
