that error is related to the login bug thats being looked into
As for the speed, if your someone who is getting this login bug, you may seem some reduced forum speed. It's been hard to fix this bug from what i understand because none of the tech/staff have been able to replicate it for some reason (myself and the rest of the mods only get the odd logout once in a blue moon, and normal forum speeds) -
