Crossfire Error

hi, recently when i tried to open crossfire a pop up from windows vista would come up telling me that 'nProtect game monitor rev 1315 has stopped working' i reinstalled crossfire and used system restore but the problem hasn't gone away and is preventing me from joining any game, this problem is frustrating and i spent money on this account so i really dont wanna quit just yet but if anyone has a solution could you please give step by step instructions because i am not good with computers, lol ):
