Account blocked pls help !!

hi,
My first Account is Blocked :O
can someone help me???
when i try to log me in is this on my screen:
Account is blocked. BDCreditCard Temply Hold by TransID 17be9a138c40b1c1ce4ea035f734205f81572995.
i sent a support ticket that was replied but nothing happened and now i cant send a support ticket because the support site isnt online :O PLS HELP ME

Looks like a chargeback.

You have to wait for support to reply, nobody here can help you.

i get already a support answer .. there was only the status of my support ticket ( replied ) and i wait a few days and nothing happend

If you click "Full Details" on the ticket, you will see the answer from support staff.

i would try it but the site where i can send a support ticket is offline
i log me in and there comes a window then i click ok and then there comes this site

then i go to any site and i am offline so i can't click on the message button
