Important Question

There is my problem :

I've played 2 ZM Games, and got D/C'd twice at the final round.

OK, looks like some QQ, but the true problem is, I had to use my 20 Large Hypomeds + 11 Revive Tokens, I D/Cd (Hack Tool Has Been Detected 4-0--0-0 & CF Client Number Error).

When I re-logged in, I saw that my tokens and my hypomeds were gone, They shouldn't count until the game you're playing is over (Boss Beaten).

So this is my question :

Do you think that by sending a support ticket, I could get back my 20 large Hypomeds and My 11 Tokens ? Or they will give me the required Z8 Points to buy them back ? (5200 ZP)

Please don't Troll, and I want a serious answer. When this question/this problem is solved, please CLOSE THIS THREAD.

    But i guess you would need a changelog or smth, but idk if cf has smth. like that.
    If you got screenshots they'll maybe restore your items.

    I hope you get them back but i don't think that z8 gives 'em back cause they are too greedy.

    I think that you may be able to get your items back. I also have this problem (Client Error, Disconnect, and Hack Tool Detected. All at the last 5 rounds). If you get any error, I think that the match shouldn't count at all.
  • they'd be able to check all the logs and see you used the stuff, but never completed a match after that.

    go in for a fight and get your stuff back.

    Unfortunately most likely they will not refund, as it is a ZP purchase. They only refund coupons, and thats ONLY if you report the "mistransaction" within 48 hours of making such transactions.

    Not to beat a dead horse here as well, but they have no reason to be refunding players because of unexpected bugs.

    I know it's very pessimistic to be stating this, but just wanting to show my view and how I've experienced this in the past (other game).

    Maybe you'll get it, maybe you won't.

    And since these are different sales, because the tokens and revives are sold in quantity, not in days of use like the rest of the ZP/GP Item shop. So really there is no definition to refund such quantity. I would expect though some leniency and mercy. But again, maybe yes, maybe no.

  • Same thing happened to me..it made me very sad to use my stuff and not even get a crate :(

    z8 will not give back your revive tokens and hypo meds. simply because they will come up with some stupid answer when you send a support ticket like "we cannot refund your items we are deeply sorry" or something like that
  • Got a hack tool on the final round twice, used like 9 tokens back then. Didn't try contacting support, don't really think they're gonna give me anything back.

  • Tokens actually cost ZP, Zp costs Money (not talking about surveys)

    In other words, if the game has got tecnical difficulties, we lost our money ??

  • That error is because you aren't maintaining your computer properly. I haven't had that error in about 6-8 months since i stayed on top of maintaining my computer.

    Have you sent a ticket yet explaining the situation and included the screenshot?

    And probably there is some legal jargon that limits the liability Z8Games has with refunding anything due to technical difficulties
  • That error is because you aren't maintaining your computer properly. I haven't had that error in about 6-8 months since i stayed on top of maintaining my computer.

    It has nothing to do with our computer.

    It has everything to do with the game itself, because all of our games at least mine, was fine until some of the recent patches.

    They mentioned that to me involving some case saying their 'deeply sorry' it's like, I seriously doubt you guys care if I get a refund or not, just saying that so we'll purchase more ZP ^_^.

    Well, seeing as ZP, or the items you buy with your ZP can NOT ever be refunded, I would save myself some time, and not file a ticket.
  • As I don't think they're able to check how many tokens you had right before the match in which you got DC'ed, and as they don't refund ZP items unless it's a very special condition, you most likely won't get it back, but you can still try, it's not hopeless till it's answered

    I know it's only 11 Tokens, but it's money anyway. I'm just caliming 11 (eleven) tokens, No more ! All the rest were succefully used !

    I just want my 20 Large Hypomeds and my 11 tokens back ! That's all ! It costs around 5000 ZP, it won't kill them, I'm honnest.
  • Unfortunately at this time there are no options to refund or return lost Tokens or Meds lost from disconnecting, its also meant to prevent abuse of such of deserter's.

    I cannot say when or if there ever will be a change in such, but we definitely are looking to fix the game and prevent those errors from occurring. If you are able to have any information that would help identify the cause and reasons why they occur, it would benefit everyone.

    it does suck but it's not worth the 5k you claim.
    100 red med = 8k -> 8k/10 * 2 = 1600 zp
    50 coin = 8k -> 8k/5 = 1600 zp

    so ~ 3200 zp for your items, still sucks though.

    (I'm assuming you weren't stupid & bought them one by one)

    Side note - You must be pretty bad or play with bad team to use all of that.

    I have bought in total 150 Tokens (8000ZP x3 = 24.000ZP + 20 hypomeds = 26.000ZP)

    Indeed, I've played with random noobs.
    Now it's decided, I'll only play with Damage Inc. guys ;)
