Ok So lets Put it this way....
i know whenever you have account related complains you should go to support
well support Fails
My Main had been blocked due to account stealing Issues , Thing is , When i asked support what does this mean they sent me an automated message , I dont Get it , what am i accused of ? I would Appreciate Some Gm , Or moderator Support , i cant deal with the support center and i heard certain moderators helped out Several people to retrieve Their Accounts ,
problem is....
I cant remember my email address and i used a random security question
i can still login , i remember everything but i seriously need some help

    That cannot be so. Even with account investigations the honorable soldier ribbon would be taken away and not returned.

    And anyways, did you pursue the same ticket with a follow-up response to the automated message?

    1 - I have the ribbon on this account
    2- Everytime i asked them , they just Gave me some auto crap and closed my tickets , when i asked them whats the solution they gave me the cold shoulder

    I think they need two pieces of information from you at lest to give your account back otherwise they can't be sure it's yours.

    Do you not have zp receipts or anything?

    how long ago was the account blocked, and how long did it take you to submit a ticket regarding that block since the block, (like 2 days after the block, one week, 1 year :cool:)

    probably got lucky with the ribbon that they forgot to remove it from your account.

    Why am I asking you about the ticket thing? Well, if your account was blocked for any reason, you have the right to dispute that block, but within a certain time frame.

    posted it 2 days later oh well... i know the password , the ign , the login name But the email I cant remember...too many alts for my facebook Stalker accounts , SO yeah....Only bought some Zp through credit cards and surveys , not many , i know it has ak47 knife and some other guns
