Today I went to report some players and uploaded *.cfr file which I normally do. But surprisingly this msg shows "Please only upload gif, jpg, zip, rar, or txt file(EC:90121)." Is that mean from now on we have to upload zip file to report? I am confused.

there is a guy still playing with the same acc. he has been ha.cking since I know him . He was kicked ( when the kids were willing to kick him )in every room he went for wall and cham.
So , or people never reported him or CF has seen him as a pro and did not ban him. But what ever the reason he is still playing with that same acc , means that there is no need to report any one .
4 days or 100000000 days makes no difference for me now .

We want a properly formulated error report thread with screenshots, information on how it happened, when it happened and what you were doing and if you've tried doing something differently which made it work.

"it dun work men, fix it omfg" is not helpful.

The reason for needing a well-constructed thread is because we always refer it to a GM, who then refers it to a technician.
Having to scroll through 5 pages of trash and "FIX IT NOOBS" is a pain and will make us unwilling to bother a GM with it, and will make it even less likely that the technician can find the information he wants.
If he can't find it (just guessing), he'll probably move on to a problem that is properly defined.

Its just more fun to work with concise data, as a programmer.

Example above; One guy gets "Page not found", another guy gets "Please only upload gif, jpg, zip, rar, or txt file(EC:90121)."
One guy did something the other guy did not.
It can be that they just did it at different times, it can be something less obvious, in which case we need screenshots and information on BOTH events to try to figure out what causes that to happen in THAT specific instance.

This got kind of long, but mostly because what I just described is how we want every error report thread to look for every issue you encounter in the game (except for cheaters whom we don't want reported here), not just website related.

It seems to be an intermittent problem, I think it may just be display an incorrect error message.

I've brought this up and its already being looked into.

This happened to me a few months ago too so I haven't bothered reporting anybody since I thought it's been down this whole time...

A clan mate of mine also said it was down a few days ago.
