Help! I can't start Crossfire!

So I was getting bored so I wanted to play Cf. I clicked on it, then clicked start and it stops loading on HGW Loader on Step 4 or Step 5!PLZ HELP!

  just kill the process and restart it. Happened to me cause it stuck there for a minute, then it moved on and launched cf
