*FINALLY* Client MFC Application Error Fixed

Hey Guys....
I got tortured by the "Client MFC Application" crash and computer freeze, when Z8Games release new patches, but finally I got it fixed.
for some reason, the GUI can't change the resolution of the system from 1024X768 to 800X600, since the game loader is based on the last one, so it crashes, I don't know why that, and don't know what's causing that, maybe some issues with .Net framework version or some incompatibility with video cards or DirectX....
SO... I tried to change the windows resolution to 800X600 BEFORE starting the game client and guess what... it WORKS, and the game started normally...
Then, I got another problem......
the object.dll is getting changed in betweens after, I'm not a great developer to discover why does this happen, but I could solve that too, by having a backup copy of object.dll and put it in game folder.
I hope that this can help the developers and Moders to have this fixed forever.

  • *another solution*

    Hey guys, Again....
on my other computer, the first step didn't work, so I tried something else.....
1- Run crossfire client as usual.
    2- Click "START" button.
3- Wait for the "Client MFD Application" error mssage to pop up.
4- DON'T CLICK ON "SEND/DON'T SEND ERROR" BUTTON AT ALL
5- I repeat, DON'T CLICK ON "SEND/DON'T SEND ERROR" BUTTON AT ALL
6- Restart your computer using "Windows Logo" key+ "L"
7- When your computer is up again, run crossfire and it'll work perfectly.
