I can't select the new wear tactical suit

hi, I won the tactical suit on the las sunday, but i cant play with it, I did select the char, but it doesn't work. I need help. anyone have the same problem?

Yeah I just got it yesterday/today and cant select it, when I try it just says "S.W.A.T or spop has been selected" or somethin like that. Just selects the previous one i had on. When I press select on the T.S i can add stuff to it like flashguard, extra mags, ect. and it will say T.S on that item.
