game patches

can u make patches available without downloading the whole game it takes time to download the game it would b easy to just click on a patch download and b done with it ,and itwould b helpfull for other people to i thimk...please respond back .it would help u and other people with technicle issues to i think whats you opinion on it ?please respond asap i think its a good idea...
