So now I have two M4 customs...
Oh... darn. Is there anything I can do about this? I'm not sure what happened- I got it a month ago with coupons, and a day or so ago I turned in more for the camo deagle, but didn't get around to playing hours later so I never equipped it. I start up today, look in my inventory, and see no camo deagle... but two M4 customs. Glitch, mouse slip, I dunno, I thought everything went fine when I did the exchange. So is there anything that I can do/ can be done about this, or will the response be some variation of "oh well, sucks to be you"?

If it wasn't more then 48 hours ago, send in a support ticket and they will refund your item.
If it's passed 48 hours, you can't get a refund. -
Do you have any evidence of that?
There's a thread open made by Saidin somewhere explaining their terms of use.
If you haven't already, send in a support ticket.
Sometimes they can do 72 hours, as for me they could do that, but it passed it.
I'm too lazy at the moment to look for the thread, but just send in a support ticket explaining your problem, and they should give you a refund if the time hasn't passed. -
