Basically The following ideas Are Built on one idea
Sensors
What the hell do i mean ?
I'm talking about Ingame sensors , That detect your movement and positions
Why would you want that You nqqb?
Simply Because This would be an Easier Alternative Solution To Depend On Xtrap
Ok im listening .....so.........
It works in Many Different Ways , Here are some wild examples :
1- Movement : Set a Limit For movement with certain guns , for example lets say its 15mph with uzi and m9 , It checks that you are moving within the speed limit
So the Next time someone with a gatling gun is outrunning A Titan Mutant using the special ability , the game Dcs Him and moves him into quarantine ( later to be explained)
2- Hot Steamy Lead:You and i already know That Guns have Limited magazines , For example the Tommy Gun has 60 rounds , Now the sensors should "Sense" The number of bullets fired without reloading , if it exceeds the limit of this certain gun , It gets moved To the Quarantine Area
3- Wallers : Sensors Detect walls , if a person is shooting and the bullets are hitting someone behind an already existing wall , The game Dcs Him and moves him to the quarantine Zone
4 - Long knifers : Simple , Melee weapon has certain Kill radius , Sensors Are on guard , If A kill is made outside The Kill zone , Auto dc and moved to the "Zone"
You said you were gonna tell us what a quarantine zone is You spop - Scar light Noob!!!
Simply a place where all ingame Abusers are kept until an investigation or a ban Is executed
Additional Ideas :
Ping Guard : Anyone with a constant 400+ Ping on any server is to get auto dced until it goes down , If you have 400 ping you shouldnt even have a compuetr
Lobby idea : Many Many Hackers Advertise their websites in the lobby or elsewhere , on the mention of one of those websites they are to get muted for a certain amount of time , if its repeated and it will be because of the spam software , They are to get Dced and Quarantined
Clan Investigation : Launch an investigation to all clans with 10 + Already banned hackers , if the clan is found to be harbouring certain Hackers , The clan gets banned and removed
Additional To The sensors : If the Sensors take a while to detect a hacker , and the team tries to kick them Whilst they all press f12 then i propose A blacklist of those who f12 Obvious hackers , later on penalties are to be Added into those
Delete / Toss / Discard Temp items : Pretty much is what it is , Its annoying to have all those 400 day sg225 or whatever items that you never use and just fill up your inv , or you can sell them or something

Sounds like a good idea. -
sounds like good ideas, I'm a little sketchy on banning the whole clan part but I would agree if there have been hackers banned from that clan and there are exsisting hackers in the clan, it should be trashed. Any legits that are in that clan can fight to get-unbanned but in the end, they would know that their clan does have at least 1 hacker..
The quarantine sounds good and hopefully, it wouldn't take long for z8 to be able to review the evidence and bring in a final judgement... -

i agree, this will help Z8 to code in hacks to X-trap so it can be gone forever. they probably should start with ''shoot through walls'' -
Nice idea, but as usual people seem to fail to understand how complicated coding has to be to be secure. Even if you were to put limits; guess what? Someone just has to hack and change those values.
The thing about code is that if you can make it, you can break it. The only difference is the difficulty of how it can be broken. But you can almost never truly eliminate hackers.
As for the ping thing, yeah, i dislike people with high pings, but do note about it being constant since your suggestion would boot out anyone that gets a spike. (common on wireless) -

And i actually did say constant ping ,because my ping often spikes to 1700 (usually 98 though} -

For number 2: add in a timer stating how long a reload takes. Instant reload cheat is what is being used I think, not infinity bullets. So just pretend they would fire 60 rounds in a tommy-gun in say... 30 seconds rather than just spraying. Then they reload..instantly instead of taking the 2-3 seconds to reload the tommy-gun. Bam, caught them.
For Number 3: It would be easier to code in null fields in between wall 1 and wall 2, rather than trying to figure a way to code in wall 1 and wall 3 being blocked by wall 2. (What if I stood on high ground and shot over wall 1 + 2 to hit a guy near wall 3?)
example: -Shot fired- |w1|---nullzone---|w2|----playable area---death--|w3|
The bullet passes through the nullzone, game senses that, then boots, or whatever.
4 would be a more difficult one, Let us say I have...300 ping. I knife somebody on my screen killing them, he dies; really the guy is 10 meters away. It was a fair kill, I was just lagging and was not cheating. Registry in this game is a bit 'off' in the first place, no method replacement for this, just criticism, sorry :O
@talonblaze: Make the game detect values on server-side only, do not release the tool to the players. If the server itself is tracking values then no matter what the hacker does, he can not fool the server without changing the servers tracked values of his numbers.
It would be like playing a game where you hide a metal disc under a plastic cup, and there are three plastic cups. The person uses a magnet to pull the metal disc towards him, nudging the cup forward, thus cheating to find out where the disc is. However, me, the server, has a tool that detects magnetic waves. I know he is cheating, and he can not hide his cheating. Unless he changes my tool that is only contained by my own hand, he can not evade my detection. -
