Cant upload replay file with support ticket.

Cant upload replay file with support ticket. It says "Please only upload gif, jpg, zip, rar, or txt file(EC:90121)."

thats because the replay file can only be accesed through hosting sites like mediafire, upload there, and give the link in the support ticket message.

BTW, is ur in-game name GroundDig, seems like DeJavu, that i just see someone trying to report after i got falsely accused on "1-shot" hacking. Oh well, GL on your ticket if it ever gets taken into account.

I have been able to upload replay files in support tickets before and it even says "Replay File (*.cfr file) of Hacker:* (Max. file size = 32MB)" and a spot to upload it.

I stopped reporting hackers because there were just too many I would spend more time reporting then playing. Ive seen quite a few 1st lts and even captains spawn killing through walls lately so im trying to report them atleast.

And that is not my in-game name.

Should I just upload the replay file to megaupload and put the link in the comments of the support ticket? Or can't we do that anymore?

Get WinRAR and make it into a .rar

could also use the generic windows ZIP program thats included in every Win OS, but 4 sho WinRAR does a lot more

Anyways, has the OP created a support ticket regarding this new development? I also recall having to just upload .cfr replay files to them, without need to upload to a mediafire site.

It says ".zip or .rar files will not be accepted for Cross Fire hack reports." but i changed the replay file name and it accepted it.

yeah, ive had that happen before. if you get more than 1 hacker in the room u have to rename the file and re-upload it and everything! I miss the old system of adding 2-3 names per report....

was there ever an offical reason given on why the option to add mutiple people was taken out?
