I need to open the doors of the crossfire TCP / UP

hello guys

I need to open the doors of the modem router to the crossfire, but for that I need the TCP / UP, it is impossible to play! when I started playing my ping was 130 to 140, but now is 210 ~ 230 .......

My rate of TCP / UP is normal, I need the TCP / UP to open the crossfire on my modem router

Note: I have a good internet, my ping is high because I live in south america (ping my server is high in South America too)
