Very simple, go to http://www.z8games.com

Log in -> Click on Mall ->Click on Deposit z8points ->Click on Prepaid Card ->Click on "Buy as Gift" -> Make sure that you type in the correct IN GAME NAME to the person that you wish to gift to and purchase the points.

Easiest way is to buy a prepaid card and make an alt account and gift yourself the ZP.

You can get an Ultimate Game Gift Card at Gamestop for sure and most Wal-Marts have them as well from what I've seen, plus that's my easiest way of getting ZP. :]
