It wasn't in your crates, you almost got it, but just ALMOST.
And it's very frequent, that happened to me about 20-30 times and I got only the AK-camo and the FR-F2 (but still happy with them).

I will translate the best I can....he bought a RPK Gold Crate, opened the crate by spinning the wheel. He did not win crap, so he is going to toss his computer monitor out the window.

You win the " Best " item when u get it in that Green circle only.

When u see the " Best " item in one of these " Red " places, then that means u just saw it ( almost won ) you missed it.

You should get banned for actually spamming your own thread.

Think the Black Market as gambles and crates as different gambles.
Or think the Black Market as a lotery. You won't win if you calculate your chance to win.
When you spend money into a gamble you won't get it back unless you win.

In your crate the RPK was outside the 3 boxes / winning items.
Therefor you didn't won. Don't complain again, it happens and you shouldn't QQ.
When you made your account you have agreed to the ToS.
