I would like to know if the ribbon 15 and 25 weapons, pistols also have

if you mean, pistols count, yes, yes they do. all guns count. melee and thrown weapons do not count.

Buying 7 same guns also count for the ribbon.
ex: 7, P228 = 7 guns for the ribbon.

All permanent weapons count, except m16, m700 and thrown weapons. (perm axe counts too).
