Winchester is in serious need of renovation, in case you guys didn't notice :)
Considering its a one-shot rifle, it should be accurate and powerful; in this game, it is neither.
Winchester seriously needs some boosted stats, especially considering its a crate gun.

    The Winchester was doomed to failure. Giving 1-shot capabilities would replace any sniper rifle. Reducing range would make it even more susceptible to automatics.

    The only reasonable option is to make it so that the bolt-action reload is a fraction of a second, giving it a fighting chance at longer ranges and short ranges.

    I have both versions , they both fail
    i suggest a new reload style like the mauser one , you pull out a clip empty the bullets into the gun then throw away the clip , all in about 2, 5 seconds
    also it should be a 2 shot kill at all ranges , one shot at point blank

    +1. It's a rifle but it's given the stats of a shot gun with no explination as to why.

    The winchester doesn't do a 1 shot 100 damage in close range unless the opponent is sucking on the barrel. Any further than that, and it causes 80 damage or so.

    The WINchester is meant to be a "lolgun". It was intentionally made to be difficult to use to give pros a challenge.

    So I think it is fine as it is.
