Stuck on loading ^^

Well i wanna go back on Playing CF now but then Whenever i tried joining a room and starting the game. My loading screen is stuck... I don't know why. Tips how to fix?

AMD Phenon II X6 3.20Ghz
8.00GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6850 Graphics Card- 1GB
