Z8Games is a fail

Ok, so this kid keylogs me and gets my account info, so I send a support ticket right giving them all my information including: original security question and answer, registration email, registration password etc. Anyways so I wait 6 days for a reply, they want me to sent transaction ids for buying zp on my account, so I send them them. I wait another 4 days for a reply and apparently they say I "sold" my account to the kid, and they won't try to get it back because I apparently violated a rule for Z8games saying that the sale of Z8games property isn't allowed when I didn't sell anything so... 2 years of all the **** I did for this game and this is what I get... Way to go Z8 congrats, you got a fail support ticket staff and fail rules and regulations.. I'm done, what a waste of time and money

Hahahahaha. Only way you can get key-logged is by using racks from this game or other games. That's what you get for DLing illegal programs.

LOL my acct was haked and i called G4BOX and they changed my pass and then 2mins later it got haked while i was on the phone and then i cahnged everything... security, pass, email etc

I dont have antivirus.. didnt have it on my old laptop for a yr and a half. NEVER got a virus of anykind.

Dont have it on my new lappy either...

I see.. so the logical conclusion is that because you tried to download something you weren't suppose to or entered your information into a phishing site or just plain shared your account its our 'fail'.
