Humanity
Based on your opinion on world politics, the world economy, religion, and other relevant things, do you think that human society is becoming even better or do you think that we're all screwed? (You don't have to pick one of the two extremes, you can just give your own answer) I'm just wondering if people are thinking what I'm thinking.

One think i dislike about being American, is that most European Countries view us as idiots. People in the USA just spend money now, and don't save any for later. That's why our economy is so bad right now, because no one knows how to budget money, including the government.

Its getting better.
The US and EU economies will crash soon.
It'll just get better from there, just have to reach the low point first.
They will crash indeed. But EU isnt borrowing billions from china are they?
In the end... USA gets owned.

The economy will reset, probably take less than a year.
Theres plenty of money in the world, the problem is that the money the government is spending is loaned from a bank that loaned from a bank that loaned from a department who loaned from a bank who loaned from a bank.
Its not like we'd suddenly be dealing with some Fallout-living on rats in the desert-scenario just because a bank closes shop.
If you want some financial security, get cash and gold.
Preferably gold or other valuables though, cash will be inflated (and when it gets inflated, you stock up on it. The economy will reset and you will be extremely rich.) -

Except the US borrowed from a country... not a bank. -
I am currently an eighth grade student who attends a school near Chicago. To all of you that believe that the economy will crash/hit a even lower point soon, do you think that that will happen before I should be able attempt to begin a good career or after I can get some sort of career going. Basically, should I be able to establish a good career before $%^ gets nasty, or am I in for a struggle?

I do know that if you're taking career advice on the internet, you're probably in for a treat no matter what.I am currently an eighth grade student who attends a school near Chicago. Recessions happens all the time, people just panic more these days.
There will always be a demand for people who knows how to handle money, for the simpletons who don't.
Go right ahead.
(oh i thought you were doing some economy-education.. nvm)
Go for it, lack of education is one of this worlds biggest problems. -

I wasn't asking for career advice, I will pursue whatever I think is best for me. Then I will see what most others have to say. I just wanted to know how soon you all think the next economic @#$!-storm will arrive. And you seem to be quite the intelligent individual anyway.

It could happen tomorrow, it could happen in 10 yrs.
No one knows. But it will happen.
We will make it through it and start over.
Then it will happen again.
Cycle of life. -
It could stabilize for a couple of years, but eventually the 'loaning loaned money' system will fail.I wasn't asking for career advice, I will pursue whatever I think is best for me. Best not to worry about it.
