Someone is passing out a hacked account's info

So I was in echo 8 and this guy randomly whispered me asking if I wanted a captain rank account. Said he was quitting or something. It seemed legit until people started whispering, wondering who was on it and the guy didn't want to give up the email.

And it seems hes passing it around to a lot of people, after I logged off someone else logged in saying he just got the account. There was nothing in the support section for this kind of stuff, so I posted here.
