ZP charge issue

Ok, Ive tried doing the Web Contact support. Its completely lousy, Ive tried getting help through it twice over 2 weeks and I still havent gotten my issue resolved.

Bought ZP through Click and Buy. Apparently I have to make an account with them...ok fine, did that. However after I got charged on my card, I never recieved my ZP. Now the issue comes up when I try posting for help. When I get asked for the transaction ID, this is where the problem comes in (or maybe to put it more bluntly, where I get screwed). I check the Click and Buy transaction history....nothing. I check my email... nothing. However the charge is on my bank statement. Which btw I posted a screen shot of the second time I did web contact and stated that I was unable to attain a transaction ID. I wait another week before I get a response saying the same stupid thing "Please post transaction ID, thanks"?

What kind of support is that?

So if I could actually get a legitimate response and maybe not get jipped out of my money, that would be fan-freaking-tastic.
