Come on crossfire, fix it!
You've seen all the complaints in the other threads.. the slow loading glitch? or.. black screen... my clan is getting mad, cause I can't play with them, cause you're not fixing it.. Def not PC's. and idiots that say it is then get out. cause, the new mode shouldn't affect a normal s&d match... and plus I can play CA waay faster than this..
My friend can play COD4 BF at the same time! he has windows 7 pro
he use to be able to join a room in 2 seconds. now 5 mins... we've lost our patience.
and people say its.. "You're own problem" it's not, it's obviously on z8's side. I don't mean to be rude, but it's not fun waiting forever for a fix.

Honestly, I'm thinking Z8games is only caring for patches, and these patches include money.
Here is an issue that they won't resolve.
Okay, so Sept. 23rd I accidently got a Combat Axe, and then I sent in a support ticket, and they wouldn't help me, just because a few hours passed the time limit, after all I've done for them.
So, then I send a PM to Saidin that is more explained then the support ticket, and Saidin says that he'll look into the response I received and give me an answer, that was like 1 week ago or 1 week and a half.
Still haven't receive a response.
Then I sent in another support ticket like 3-5 days ago, and not replied yet.
I'm also having a big lag problem in the game too, I thought it was just me.
It takes me like 5 minutes to get into a game now, and then it says Client Error most of the time.
It's lucky for me to play a GOOD game.
They do need to fix all of this, all of our issues.
What I hate about my problem is, I've spent over $250 on them, and they won't respond back.
Anyways, they do need to fix all these issues. -

agreed... I've spent..... $480 bucks on them. ZP... and stuff.. so we've paid our share... -
Should have got a new computer with the 480 bucks.....
Post your spec of computer, maybe they can help you.
It's not the computer specs whatsoever. My computer is 512 mb but I get black screen yet my dad's old computer is 512 mb too but doesn't get black screen
