Well, I barely see any cheaters, and I'm among one of the moderators that plays in Echo 8. Most people either choose the place where cheaters will obviously be, or just don't play with friends. The hacking situation has gotten better, I rarely see one tappers [most likely every 2 or 3 games], and they are kicked. You just have to be mature about the situation, instead of saying, "Kick the ______ _______ hacker" you can politely say, "Could we please kick the cheater?"
Manners are a massive part of life if you want to request. -

Most do understand it. It's just them choosing to ignore you because of the fact that all you'll do is insult them. You would be surprised how many conversations are started when I'm in a room and play nice. They know a bit of English. Sure, they aren't English majors in university, but it's not very hard if you're patient. -

with all respect, your kidding right? i just got on an hour ago and played almost every mode and there was either 1 or more wallers with m60s, wallers in gm, a few high ranked aimbot 360 people..and then when i suggested that someone, and i quote, "kik [hackers name], and then the hack they are using, which btw was obvious in every room, people was trying to kick me lmfao..ntm there was clan members playing and one would switch over to my team and go in and out kicking me just to keep me from getting the replay..so no it hasnt got better and maybe you need to look closer..echo maybe is, but go to bravo or alpha my friend -
I barely see any hacks...
What do you do, play FFA?
i played every mode lol..just like i usually do. you get in there and see several people standing up against the wall with m60s mainly..then if not i was seeing outrageous kds and then realized those people were 360 aimboters too..sad -

If they do understand English its just a little. Most people in this game aren't English majors like you said nor really good at English. I can't have patient. When there are hackers in the room that are on my team. They want me to kick them. When they have a hacker they don't care.

oh and no they dont get kicked..they just make it even when a hacker enters the other side lol -
Well, ghost mode daily is quite easy. You join a GR team on a random server and you will play with more hackers in your team than you are able to kickpfft..havent even tried..whats the point if its possibly going to take twice as long because of the bs..like i said i havent been on in a while hoping it would all be tamed...fail

Could be the fact that I only play with friends, as does much of the active forum community. I leave the other servers to themselves unless I absolutely have nobody to play with. I do agree with you, there are cheaters, but if you know how to "filter" rooms [not go to the rooms that you know there will be cheaters] and go to rooms with either a) people you know, or b) people that you recognize, you should be fine. I play tons of Cross Fire at times, and barely see cheaters because I play with friends. Obviously there are cheaters, every game has cheaters, like it or not. Whether it doesn't seem like it, everybody can cheat, or abuse something about the game.
There are cheaters, just not as much as in OBT, that's improvement.
Cross Fire 21 hours 624 hours
I don't idle CF. -
I made a new account to test out the Ruger and to see how the beginner server was.
I'm surprised we still have people on those beginner servers, for every game I joined that didn't have a hacker, there was 1 that did.
It's that bad on the beginner server. -

So it is E8 that you guys are hiding in, rather than playing in the more populated servers and issuing bans... I'm sorry but if I had that type of power to be able to ban a cheat in-game when I see 'em, I'd ban them on the spot rather than hiding in 1 channel.
So my request is to please spend more time where the hackers are instead of E8 or to please allow someone that you guys trust to do the job... Heck, I'd do it for free if it got me a whole game of fair gaming... -

Ye, i agree!
But ppl don't kick hckers on daily missions, 'cuz they want to win.

Mods don't have any in game power. -
Well, I barely see any cheaters, and I'm among one of the moderators that plays in Echo 8.
This explains why I've only seen ONE Mod in-game playing Alpha during the 2 years (give or take) I've played this game. I seriously suggest Mods to go play public rooms in Alpha 1. It doesn't matter if you have friends on both sides, if you leave any space at all the 200+ pingers will say "No men, pro legit f12" every time to a guy that's going 30-0 (exaggerated but pretty dang close) shooting through walls.
But in short, I would like to see more Mods in other channels... even just to deter any would be cheaters. -
well guys ive come to the conclusion after many of your responses that the members here, like myself, who are seeing no change in the hacking no matter what mode you play are the ones playing in the populated servers..sure I/we could move to a different server that is smaller but most are that way due to high pings so its a huge fail lose/lose situation..oh and thanks everyone i think this is the first "civil discussion" thread ive seen in forever lol...happy gaming

Do the moderators ever go into the problem areas to clean house? I mean...that's great you play with friends, but "we need you" on the problem servers.

Mods can't ban people in game. If they could I'm sure they would.
Yeah I hadn't seen that many hackers till I left E8. Nobody does dailys in E8 so I tried more populated servers, or even E1. Instantly I see a bunch of hackers, more than I had seen in a while, in almost every game I played. And of course, nobody kicks them because they want to win or don't know how. Then there's the occasional person who just doesn't care as long as they can play. -
You do realize that if we had the powers, we would go through the populated servers and ban hackers. It's just not our job yet. We can't guarantee that it will ever be, nor can we guarantee that we will ever get the chance to do so. We do our best to help, but there's just so much we can do. As for the Echo 8 comment, the only moderators that even play Echo 8 are myself and seldomly Iceman + Polleus. The others play in the populated server. I've just played Echo 8 for a while, and it's my home server.
I do go to others, and kick all of the cheaters that I can, but between the forums and in game, I can't catch every cheater, just like I can't catch every rule breaker. It's just human error.
