The only thing that bothers me is you saying SA PLAYERS..... South America is not only Brasil, SA has many countries such as Venezuela-Colombia-Peru-Ecuador-Chile-Argentina-Uruguay and the Carribbean Island....
Only with the exception of Argentinians we have a normal ping 80-120 and in south server 40-60......... We are also against the culture of brasilian players. We are worried if the SA servers come out and we are forced only to play among the brasilians since they ruin the game.
Im in favor of this idea but PPPPPLLLLLEEEEEAAAAASSSSSSEEEEE dont say SA are all like brasilians, it will be unfair if I said all EU players are like turks right?

Here we play a 5 month league and have a cup tournament twice a year, we use an anticheat called UNIVERSAL ANTI CHEAT SYSTEM (UAC3), we only play with GP weapons and most important of all we have a code of conduct or behavor where any player from our comunity who is caught hacking, insulting or missbehaving in public games is kicked and banned from our league.

These two examples above reflect what we try to talk about here:
If we think of hackers as a homogeneous mass of people. What all hackers can be defined only by the home country (or region), damage to other players will be enormous.
True, SA is a plurality of countries. And even in Brazil, we struggle against these abuses.
Segregation is not an option.
And how will the clans with players from different countries? Players will be required, to not play together?
So much is wrong here. It is not only guilty of Brazilians idiots. Are masking a prejudice here.
You guys criticize (rightly) on a Brazilian who invokes a vote because of a low ping!
But also want to end up with players using M12s + SPOP! Why? There is no why for it.
It's the same kind of abuse that occurs in a vote, you guys want to set the rules of the game.
If we stay in this dispute, one attacking the other, we will get in a spiral of revenge.
You guys want to improve the community? Increase the tolerance. Increase patience. -

It not were to lazy to act, Its were powerless to do anything about it.
Support gets Thousands of hack reports a day. Each on will take around 10-30 minutes to complete. 10 dedicated people working 8 hours a day will only get through around 400-500 reports at most a day, well there still got thousands more back logged that keeps growing.
It will take months for them to reach todays reports, and there still is nothing stopping the hackers from making new accounts when they get banned.
The reason why so many people are angry about this is because they don't have any power to stop it. All they can do is complain.
Hackers grow because no one kicks them. If they were kicked regularly there be less reward for hacking, instead I'm seeing dozens and dozens of high ping players DEFENDING the hackers, welcoming them.
And finally X-trap can't keep up with the dedicated focus of the hack makers out there.
The Hack makers make a living off of making the hacks every day, so they spent a lot of time learning how X-trap works and how to bypass it.
With Support unable to handle all the reports, the majority of the player base WANTING the hackers, and X-trap facing a losing battle against the hack makers... the last hope for Legit players is Ping capped servers.
If you can name any other method that would bring the situation under control that could work then I'd support that over Ping caps. -

We contribute laziness by posting here yet you keep defending whatever facts you have. You can't blame an entire region, however most of the hacks come from SA. You wanna help? Report the hackers and get on with it? Do you even realize how long it takes to actually ban a hacker? I can agree that ever since SA's have come here things have gotten quit a bit out of hand and I don't just mean the hacks. -

Im still for making category on kick voting besides agree and decline; they should add abstention, cz what happens too me is most of time hackers dont get kickedd cz people dont know how to use the votekick system how to press f11 and yea.If you can name any other method that would bring the situation under control that could work then I'd support that over Ping caps.

A step in the right direction and something that is needed, but won't solve the problem by itself.
This would make it easier to kick hackers, but many still refuse to even put up a kick vote if the hacker has 150+ ping. So it will effect low ping players more then hackers, simply because high ping players are more willing to but up a low ping for kick vote then the high ping player shooting through walls.
Also a couple numbers required to succeed on a kick need to be changed.

I agree with you, but the problem isn't just about the BRAZILIAN players.
It's more about ALL the south american players.
South America = 13 countries.
You guys can't differentiate the nationalities and therefore call all SA players, "BRs". -
Weird that i havent seen some1 with 100+ ping on UK servers yet..
Turks in UK are same as BRs in NA servers - people can say some turkish words or put a in their name, just to blame the turks for hacking, even tho' the person hacking on the acc with in his name isnt even a turk.

Averaging only 1 in every 50-100 games.
Today all I have to do is join a normal TDM game and there is a good chance there is at least 2 hackers in there, Last TDM game I joined had 5.
When it was mostly NA players, only about 1 out of 1000 players hacked.
Now that it is mostly Non-NA players it seems around 1 out of 20 hack. -

Its funny but a couple of weeks ago I got this guy calling me a dirty mexican since I was talking to my clan mate in spanish, I told him im not mexican im latin, then this guy told me ''dont lie I know your mexican cause you were talking in spanish'' so I respond ''dude, more then 20 countries talk spanish'' now after like 3 rounds he tells me ''so youre from spain huh?'' lol '' friend how can I be from spain if my ping is 53 here in south server?''

There were less hackers back in 2010 cz hack were rare and there were only a few vip hacks..
Back in 2009 (without high ping player too) there were tons of hackers, more than now and those werent mostly br.. -
We're really not going to discuss the banning of any one nation. It's a slippery slope. It's just not going to happen.
We have the license for South America. So for now there are no restrictions being placed on our servers. At the time of this post there is no further information on this aspect. When we do have more information everyone will have plenty of time to soak it up before any (or if) changes are made.
Also, some things to note:
We're a bigger game than last year, and have more exposure and popularity especially in accessible countries. This will contribute to the visibility of hackers more than a specific nation.
We issue more bans for hackers on a daily basis than we ever have previous.
Banning a player never discriminates where they are from or how much ZP they have on their accounts.
From the IP information of all the bans we issue on a daily basis there is rarely a majority trend. Yes some areas have more hackers than others, but hacking exists everywhere, not just our version, not just our game, not just one country.
Lastly, the game is cleaner than it ever has been in the last week or so. As of the writing of this post we have only found 1 working bypass which has already been reported and we expect a fix, and even then the hacks that the bypass work on are still getting picked up by our auto-ban system. The fact is, that while yes, hacking exists, it is blown way out of proportion at the moment. -

Cleaner than it has ever been? Nah.. Cleaner than in the past weeks / 2 months but not cleaner than 1 year or idk ago.. The reason for that was named somewhere else in ur post, the more ppl play here the more hackers will appear..

For the bypass.. It is already fixed as i heard by some farmers.. -

I imagine a German hacker, putting a "Br" in IGN of a alt, then laughing in the face of those who offend or generalize the Brazilians.
