Normally when offers are removed from the wall you've been banned. Are you sure you werent using a Vpn or proxy because super rewards seem pretty smart at detecting these.
I had the same thing happen to me when I forgot to turn off my vpn that i used to watch uktv abroad and clicked on a superrewards video offer. Eventually after writing to support they reopened my offers wall but with the warning that next time and attempt to disguise my ip would be a permenant ban. -

IMO Peanut Labs is full of BS. Their offers only work if you're watching a video, which ranges 51~70 ZP, and goes for over a minute. As for the surveys, they're not particularly my favorite since
"app.opinionplace" never works. -

Ive had success with them.
If you were banned.. chances are you were doing something wrong. Like using false information or using a proxy -

You would have to send a support ticket to get an answer from
z8. or you can ask for help here. Only people who will probably help you our are players and perhaps some mods. ( mods would most likely tell you to send a support ticket though ) -

I got banned using a VPN(that worked on all other providers) from super rewards. Only because i had successfully completed over 100 offers did they reopen my offers wall saying a further attempt would be a permanent ban. So i wouldn't recommend it.
In germany Sponsor pay is a good survey provider. I would rate them 2nd with superrewards being 1st. -
