I've done exactly what you've said but my computer says that it cannot find that link.
To take a Screenshot hit "print screen" then open "MS paint" and hit "CTRL + V" and save the image and upload it to a image host like http://tinypic.com -

Download this file: ATL80.dll
Then put that in your folder located at:
C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.VC80.ATL_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.4053_x-ww_473666fd
Then let me know if your problem is solved.
hmm will the .dll file definately be the same one as he needs? / Could it be diffferent for different OS versions is what i mean. -

It's from XP and is standard in all versions of the XP operating system.
And remove the ID/Pass prolish, hit edit.
