If you've done all that you can, there's really nothing you can do. And, if you think about it, if you and the hacker are on a team with no one else, who's going to report you? Surely the hacker won't report himself. So, if you report him, you're doing your job; you don't get banned.

If you're in a room with others, and they aren't kicking the hacker, that's on them. If they start the kick, and you guys don't F11, that's another story. They tried, you didn't conform. If he reports, that's his fault. Support all has their different perspectives on what is a bannable offense and what isn't.

So, to stay on the safe side, report all hackers.
