Looking for a good and competitive clan

Hey guys whats up. Im looking for a clan which practices alot together and plays atleast scrims. Lets get started
Info about me:
16 years old guy from Finland with 60 ping on UK servers, Speaking fluently finnish and english.
gameplay: A person who has good gamesense, high motivation, good aim and good communication, and i listen strats carefully and i can give you strats.
ESL-league in two teams: eTeam and a clan which name I dont remember.
Rifler: M4 and AK47, Can hold any spot, rather a clutcher than a fragger, but can do both!
