At the moment, only North America, South America, and the United Kingdom are set for servers [meaning that the server hosters have the license to place servers in the aforementioned areas]. If there are any plans for a new license, the public won't know for a good time before that. But for now, I'm pretty certain they are not seeking any other servers. Try seeking out your specified version [I know there isn't a CF [___] for your area, but try closer versions [EU version, for example].
