offer status says awarded but my zp is still about 1400 howwwwww

Same thing happened to me i used one of the sms payment options in the survey section to buy 20k zp and they only gave me 7800, when i send a ticket to z8 they tell me they dont deal with it the survey company does. so i send a ticket to survey company and they tell me they cant help me z8 has too lol. will not be using that again, thats for sure.
