Hi, I need help with my computer. Every time it loads it says error 0xc0000409 located at ...
i tried re-installing, restarting computer, run as admin and more... it started not working after the hero's patch...

Edit 1: Its a application error

    I have been unable to play for several days. I put a ticket in for the a client corruption problem and got the post for reinstalling the game clean. I had already done that. When I went into my registry and removed all traces of the game it got to the next step and and crashed with the same error you have posted. If I get an answer on my ticket I will post it here for you. If You and I get an answer here we both will be happy :)

    Dear Player,

    If the video card is malfunctioning you will most likely have problem within the game since in order to run the game properly the video card is heavily used.

    Try uninstalling and installing again the video card with the latest video card driver and also make sure your computer is running the latest version of Directx.
