An unlocked CPU with a H67 board doesn't make sense, since H67 doesn't support overclocking. Yes the OP may not be into overclocking, but I feel that suggesting parts that will not take full advantage of each other isn't a good idea. A Z68 board would be a better choice.
Everything else in your list looks solid though.CPU Fan:
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Revision 2. You won't need to buy thermal paste with that, it comes already applied.
GPU:
AMD VTX3D 6950 2GB
RAM:
8GB G****ill DDR3 RipjawsX Series for Sandybridge
PSU:
OCZ 750w ZS Series
SSD/HDD:
OCZ Onyx 64GB SSD
Samsung 1TB HDD
Case:
Thermaltake VK90001N2Z Element T
Build off the top of my head, if you want power and a little less energy consumption.
You could use a lower wattage PSU if you were to go with that 6950, however I'd still take the 750w to keep your future upgrade options open.
You could also find those prices much cheaper if you looked around, I used Amazon as a reference. -

I just went with the presumption he wouldn't OC, plus the whole unlocking factor adds to his sell on or upgrade capabilities, for a small price difference. -

cookz, i tried to create the exact same build but some stuff wasn´t available in that specific shop, so i changed the GPU for example. don´t even know if that will work out.

That's a micro-atx board you are getting, you do realize that right? Unless you want a smaller board, you should get a full sized ATX board. And go for a Z68 board instead of H67. Something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128502 -

thanks i changed it to a z68. is it true that you can charge phones/mp3players and the like
even when the computer is off and get almost as much power as through the regular recharge process? if so that would be a nice bonus -

Yes there are boards with USB ports that support that. I don't think that particular board I linked has this feature. -
Not worth it. There's not that big of a difference between them.
Oh really?
take a look

I7 vs i5 Features
Processor: i7
Cache: 8 MB
Clock Speed: 280 to 340 GHz

# of Threads: 8
Turbo Boost: 2.0
Processor: i5
Cache: 6 MB
Clock Speed: 230 to 330 GHz

i7 having 4 more threads is a huge bonus for multitasking... which i do a lot of. -

err, not that i wouldn´t be able to multitask with an i5... -
true. But how soon will the i5 be outdated vs the i7? If u upgrade with newer technology now it will benefit u more in the future.
Plus I got a deal on my i7
Not that soon, considering almost all games are developed for the consoles, and the ones that aren't are usually bottlenecked by the GPU.Oh really?

You're comparing numbers, not actual performance.
Tool will have to decide herself, but in my opinion it is not worth it.
Edit: There's alpha on the pictures, view them in a new tab and everything should work. -
Depends what u can get one for. She only looked at 1 site I'm sure. I went with i7 over i5 because I have a lappy and got a deal on it. I can't tell what a damnit thing is in your performance graphs.
They perform exactly the same in BF:BC2.
