Refund?

I accidently bought the ak47 silver but i wanted the 3 gp crates for 800 bp and then the next day i wouldve gotten 40k zp to get the silver, i was wondering if this would be an exception and be refunded my bp so that I'll be buying 40k zp after then to buy the m4a1 silver

Well, there was a confirm yes? If you did that, there probably won't be a refund, but you could send a support ticket explaining your situation.

Well, for a pc like mine windows xp 2007 I'm even lucky i get to play crossfire. Somehow I got tons of viruses on my computer now whenever I'm on most websites the browser or computer will have some missing contents on them so I was excited to get some luck on the gp crates but what I didn't do is recheck what I was buying on the confirm and yeah, some content was missing so I all saw was a confirm button and clicked it. Afterwards I got a glimpsed of my BP and saw that It was almost entirely gone.

BP isn't refunded, only coupon exchanges within 48 hours of the exchange.

You'd never know, but Its most likely will not be refunded
