Z8games GM don't care?!
I sent over 6 tickets to the GM's of z8games and all I get is a crapy message saying do not post the same thing. Well heres what I posted. I went under Account/AA/What info you request? Register Email,Change Security
Well I type in 3 things which I know is true to prove this is my account. Well all I find out is the GMs dont read it they just say forget it and send it back with a computer message. Im sorry but thats just a sucky buniss if I was the owner of z8games I would fix that. And the only reason why I want my email and S code is so I can switch clans and be with my friends, for Im stuck as a leader. I joined z8games in 2009 when there was a BIG LACK of SECURITY. But now they think we would keep all that stuff when computers die and other stuff from 2009 to 2011. Unreal. Z8games You Have Failed Once Again. Now Fix Your Mistakes Please! Dear player,
Your register email and security answer are correct, but the creation date is incorrect.
For security purpose please provide us with your correct account creation date. You can obtain the info by using the feature "LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer" on the top of our homepage which can be used to get back your information (you have to log out first).
If you`re having difficulties to receive our email, please send us a screenshot of your email inbox to prove you`re truly the owner of the email address.

Well, they are busy.
Although if I had to complain about them, I would have to complain about them not giving me a refund.
What happened was, Friday I got the Combat Axe Perm on accident for coupons, and so I didn't know I could get a refund, and so I send in a support ticket like Monday or Tuesday, can't remember, and they wouldn't refund it just because it's passed the time limit.
It's not like I knew I could get a refund, they could have had a heart, specially since I've been a long-time player, and buyer, been playing since 09, and have spent over $250.
They are busy, and they can't have a full description though, but if you have an issue with what they say, send in another support ticket saying that their solution or their answer won't work.
Of course I couldn't do that with mine, since they would just deny it again, specially since it's been longer, but I'm quite mad about them not refunding.
Just send in another support ticket or something saying that their answer or solution won't work, and ask then for another answer.
I really don't know what to do in your situation, but I can't really say they don't care, but I think they could have given me a refund, specially since I'm a big buyer, and they could have had a heart, and give me a refund, but I don't really know if they care or not. -

i lost the email and security code, since it was freaking made in 2010 in july(and my second account)
I have my ip, mt2 bank password, and transations... they rejected that, just what the hell...
z8games ill take two of what your smoking, get real accutaly listen to the community...

They dont care trust me lad Phexzion even says some bad stuff but if i sent over 6 tickets about the same issue and get that i am lieing i get a little bit more than mad and you made your account in 2009 so do you think its right for them to grow on top of us to make us lose our account stuff?! 1) Z8 gets thousands of tickets a day and there's only a couple people who look at them.
2) You wouldn't need to change your security answer/question if you REMEMBERED WHAT IT WAS (I bet you just put something random when you made the account).
3) Proper grammar would be nice.
4) No one is asking you to keep playing. -

I wouldn't really call it bad support, but honestly, I think they could have had a heart, and given me a refund.
It bothers me to think at how much I've basically GAVE them, and how long I've been playing, and they won't count off a day to refund my item, and I didn't know I could get one.
I'll be viewing this thread to see other's opinion, as I don't really know if I would call this bad or not, but I do think that it was pretty bad for them not to give me a refund.
Since all I've done for them, and I just can't get it out of my mind at how they did that. -_- -
Yeah i dont have to be on z8games but I PAYED FOR IT AND ALSO ITS HARD TO REMEBER WHEN ITS ON A COMPUTER THAT DIED IN Oct 2010 SO I LOST IT ALL AND ALL I ASK IS FOR EMAIL AND S CODE OR JUST EMAIL AND THEY WONT TAKE BUT 1 SECOUND TO REALIZE THAT. LAZY ASSES THEY ARE!

He payed for z8games to play on Crossfire so they should give him back what he wants as in for this case, Sericarty Awnser and/or email. Personaly I would give them to him or he would make my bunisess a little dead falling. If you know what I mean... -

I think you did not read their response carefully. They have told you that your email is correct, then you can use "LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer" to get all your account information like the loginID, the PW,the SQ&SA ,the date you created your account. Have you really tried to use the feature "LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer" on the website? I think they asked you to do this for proving you are the holder of the email.
BTW, it is the responsibility of yourself to keep account information safe, and many of us lost our account by visiting hack site. I only click once for this **** site then i lost my account. thank god i finally got it back by giving GM enough information. i swear i will never go this kind of site again. -

FYI If you were me you would know what they said and what I put in I had my account made in 2009 for crist sake when Sericity DIDN"T MEAN NOTHING TO Z8GAMES and BTW as i said on page #1 My computer crashed in 2010 which I lost EVERYTHING and that was before the SERICITY **** too. So don't think you know what the problem is. The problem is z8games is a rip offand does NOT care about their Customers and Consumers and IF I COULD I would bann z8games from EVEN being a website for THEY sell hacks as well. Don't beleave me?
