Yeah its perm and pretty good, though I still prefer the m4. But yeah, it's pretty accurate and you can 1 tap with it pretty well. Fun to mess around with.

originally there was a bug with it and they had a notice on there saying if people keep abusing the glitch and buying more than 1 per account they would remove it from the bp mall

true. i'd say the m16a2 and the m4a1 are about equal because of the extra 5 bullets for the m16a2 and the shorter reload of the m4a1.

however, any m4a1 with 35 bullets beats the m16a2

It's for sure the most useful guide I've ever seen, all the other ones normally just list common sense.

Thanks, much appreciated. Repay me by telling people about it, I'm trying to spread knowledge to as many people as possible (but be warned many things in version 0.2 aren't accurate enough).
