Restricted sever for NA severs also

z8 need to give us the same restricted server as in uk5, why did u put uk sever first anyway?, mods and z8 should come up with some ways to persuave, players to use the Forum, so you can spread the news out about the restricted sever so more people will come, and this test will be a success.

also rooms tend to lag and then crash should have tested this on uk 2,3 or even 4.
