Entre STORAGE Error

I bought an item which is not on-shelf from SHOP in the game with modificator to change the item code. Now I can''t enter my STORAGE to check my ITEMs in the game, it will lead to error.

PLS HELP to remove my illegal items in my storage, or clear my all items if necessary, I just want to preserve my Rank, data records and ZP of this account.

I have tried to change the computer to login, re-install the game and rebuilt my system, but they didn''t work. So I am sure the illegal item is the key.

P.s. The item I bought is marked code as ItemIcon_144

    Yeah your own stupidity, thats why u dont buy things illegal you cant do anything without sending a support ticket, will get your account investigated, then verywell banned.
    Or you will have to pay to get it back

    And i dont understand how you got illegak items in your storage without contacted a mod in CF and im 100 percent sure they dont give ppl guns for money. If it was from a illegal site, you might as well say bye to

    It is in the code of conduct that it is VERY illegal to mod any files in the z8 folder meaning rez files/ coding

    I think he meant he coded an ZP crate item to be on the shelf in the item shop, and bought it.
    This will probably result in a ban, and you shouldn't have done this.

    Tell me again though, did you change the item so where you basically buy a ZP crate item, instead of let's say Scar Light?

    Plus, I don't think the Moderators will go easy on you, and just fix your situation, I think something may happen to your account..
