connection has been delayed

Today I got the error message "connection has been delayed" every time I tried to enter the game room.

I discovered that this happens only when my brother plays crossfire on his laptop and I try to join the game.

i tried turn off AV, firewall,... but all unsuccessfully


I tried to connect via VPN and its work , but my ping is 1000+

any solution would be good there
