You have your own server. Play on it, or don't play on it, that's your choice. If you want to play on our version, that's too bad. The developers wanted more separation between servers, and that's what they got. -
Red areas have their own versions, or a version that is very close to them. The green areas are servers that our version of Cross Fire has the license to put players in, therefore we keep them. G4Box owns the licensing to North America, the United Kingdom, and South America. Just because you think SA cheats, doesn't mean they have to be blocked.
You have your own versions.
To the European players, you have CF EU.
To the Philippines players, you have CF PH.
To the Russian players, you have CF RU.
Just because you don't want to play those versions doesn't mean you have to play on ours. Our version is for the people that live in areas that are licensed to play [excluding some areas in which nobody has the licensing, so they're free to play any version].
I won't be too happy if I have to clean up this thread again.

hey guys, im from philippines and i can play CF RIval Factions even im in Red Region, how is that possible? and my rank is Sergeant 2nd Class and weapon is Ruger MINI-14 or whatever was that but it was Ruger and can someone explain to this to me?again im from Philippines

If your account was made before August 3, 2011, you should be able to play fine. If you are in the red area, and your account was made after August 3, 2011, it's a done deal. Your account won't be able to play. But, if yours was made before August 3, 2011, and you can't access the game, you should post it here.

yeah ! but i can play China CF, PH CF,CF EU and CF RU from brazil.
WHY they can't play z8games server ? because they have his own server? but we can play ont all servers.
all servers (except z8games server) don't blocked any players from crossfire.
this is a bad problem. -
this is a permanent decision ? or maybe in the future for example a european player from lets say spain will have the chance to create and play again on cross fire north america. because CF EU its full of bugs i can't even start the game but this is not a problem because i have my account on north america. i have some friends who want to play here and they can't thats why i ask this...

well i instal the game just coz bf3 beta sucks and lest just say ppl dont have any new games to play, the message say not available in ur region

If you made your account BEFORE this restriction was placed - then you shouldn't be complaining. Your lucky they didn't just disable every single one of yours?
The reason being, is that this game was originated for North American, and United Kingdom Players - Not Brasil, Russian, or Philippians. You have your own game, go play it - With that being said, you lag in games and make the game very unfair and rather stupid; so go play a game that SPEAKS your language, and where you don't lag. China, Russia and Phils. have better weapons/maps/modes/etc. then us right now, so I don't see the problem? -

Then please list the location of where you are connecting from and your IP address (if you choose) and we will have a look at your problem to see if and how your region is restricted from playing Cross Fire.

ich komme aus Germany und habe mir ein neun acc gemacht mit IP alexgentner
aber da kommt immer diese Nachricht server nicht ind er region verfügbar aber ich kan mit meinem alles Acc noch spielen ich würde mich sehr freuen wen sie mir helfen können Danke schön ! -
We're going to close this thread off due to a lack of understanding.
No one here has been able to understand that if you live in Europe or Asia or Russia you will not be able to play the game.
If you get the message "Service not available in your region" and you live in an area in RED you will not be able to play Cross Fire.
If you get the message "Server not available in your region" and you live in the UK, North America, South America and Africa (including India and Turkey) you will need to send a ticket to support.
