SubaGames or Z8games?

Which site did you like better? SubaGames use to be the old site for CF back in 2008 then tranfered here in 2009.

Well, I'm more into the Z8games community than I was in the SubaGames, so I guess Z8Games. But I swear SubaGames used the same site layout :S

well i dont really remember subagames... i first played the game when it was suba but i played once and it was hack infested and i never touched it again till it was in the hands of z8 :P Then became a GM freak

I remember that, but they where more concerned about their site then the game itself. I feel like if CF stayed with SubaGames, it wouldn't have gotten this far.

Z8games, only thing i miss from suba games is the "back to top" button at the bottom of every post but we have the "jump to" button so i guess it evens it out

suba games had a karma system... would have been nice to keep that, but I guess g4box hates us and doesn't care what we want

that karma system would have been AWESOME, but I didn't use the forums when suba games was out

(played though)

I wonder how much karma I would have considering my guides have thousands of views

Well, forum wise, I want to wait for a forum update on Z8Games to the latest version of vB. Management wise, it's the exact same staff members, just somewhat upgraded. We have more public GMs, and more moderators [though moderators aren't considered Z8Games staff].

Subagames had a better forum source than the one we have now, though. You can't argue with that, but once Z8Games gets the forum upgrade we've been hoping forever for, I'll hope that my mind changes.

but my guides would have been out for awhile now so i'll only get like 1/4 the karma now that I would have if I released it when we had the karma system

upgrading to V1.0 for my weapons guide soon, maybe I'll wait until the new forum is out; any MODs know when that will be? probably can't tell me, but I want to know a general idea so I can know if I should wait to update my guide

No information has been made public yet. Moderators cannot tell anything that the community can't easily find out. Even if there was one coming tomorrow, and nobody knew, we couldn't tell you.

i know that, i wasn't asking for a specific date

if you know the approximate date is, id have been asking for you to say something like one of the two following, which might be bending the rules but isn't breaking them:

"IMO it would be worth it to wait if you're that concerned about karma"

"IMO you might as well do it now"

but don't reply with one of those 2 if you don't know :P
