Brazil (and others) hackers ruin the game again! Report in support of the results does not! The Promotion has attracted a lot of cheaters and hackers from Brazil (and others)! Protection system does not work, but Patches act a short time!

Generalizing one group of people for all of the world's problems hasn't ever worked out in the history of humanity [for example, slavery of African American people, the Holocaust]. Just because you tend to see tons of people that hack that are from the same country, doesn't mean all hackers come from the same country.

As stated, it's against rules. It's called discrimination [Brazil isn't a race]. It won't be tolerated on the boards.
