Start Menu -> Right click on My Computer -> Properties -> PrtSC -> Ctrl V in any photo editing software (i.e. paint)-> Save -> Upload to tinypic (or watever you use) -> copy
IDK ask a mac user

You could OC that i5 a little on it's stock fan. Get some a decent $25 arctic cooler and you'd be able to take it to the 3.2-3.3GHz mark quite easily.
I'm guessing you hit the cap.

Would that be the Corsair H70? I'm using that right now, one of the best water cooling kits out there imo. It really depends on your patience, if you overvolt too, you could get anywhere up to a safe 4.0GHz, though I wouldn't recommend trying that if you're not experienced in OCing.
Go up 150Hz at a time and always check the temperature of each core, it may take a while, including 7 or 8 bios configurations and restarts, but it's worth it to get your CPU's optimum performance. -

Yeah I'd recommend having someone experienced show you how to do this first.
It depends entirely on the game or application in question. You'll seen notable framerate improvements in games like Black Ops, and faster loading speeds all round.
To be honest, it's unlikely you'll need to go as high as 4.0GHz just yet, that 1090T handles anything out there right now, even on boxed clock speeds. -

Multitasking shouldn't be a problem, though I couldn't say for sure if rendering would have an adverse affect, it'd depend on your game settings, and the rendering settings.
The 460's emerging as the 'recommended' GPU for some of the modern highly graphical games being released, BF3 for example. I shouldn't see you requiring another just yet, at least.
The i5 2500k Quad is my personal favourite processor, it out-performs that 1090T Hex and then some. If you bought a 2GB 6950 with that, it'd be a pretty damn sexy rig ;D
