Every time I try, I just get a bad request screen. Nothing you can do unless you have access to the server.

Is there any way for ppl to leave there clan? cause I cant see my name on the clan page...

It's a clan page bug, z8 is already fixing this, just wait.

It's a known clan bug. Once the GMs get back, we will get some sort of clarification on what's happening. Until then, there's nothing that we know that we can tell you, nor is there anything that we can guarantee that will happen. You just have to wait until the staff get back on Monday, and things will get sorted out then.
